Setting up your Work Queues

your organization's work queue should be the first place to start. think of work queues as departments, floors, or providers teams. messages can be moved between queues to easily move documents between floors or departments. think carefully when building these queues // a couple queue will help to separate departments and team // too many queues and you'll find that messages are just being moved around with no real work being done.
