Good to Know:

- messages must be in a active status to attach additional documents

- adding a document will not change the status of a message


1) Open hPrint and Capture the documents you'd like to associate with a message you've already sent.

2) Select Work Queue Item from the Window menu.

3) Verify that you're associated with the correct messages (sent or received)

4) Begin to type in Select Item field and locate the message. Click Send.
